Responsibilities:
Create Hands-On Learning Experiences: Build practical tutorials, guided projects, and exercises that show developers how to use AI tools and components in Mendix.
Translate Innovation into Practice: Work with our AI platform development team to understand new features and translate them into clear, usable learning journeys.
Keep Learning Relevant: Ensure learning materials reflect real-world developer needs and project scenarios—not just product functionality.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technical writers, product managers, and expert developers to create a seamless and consistent learning experience across documentation, training, and support resources.
Experiment with Formats: Help test and evolve new formats like interactive labs, embedded Studio Pro guides, or challenge-based learning to make technical content more engaging and memorable.
Stay Close to the Developer Experience: Gather feedback from users, review performance data, and iterate on content to improve clarity, depth, and usability.
What You Bring:
3+ years of Mendix development experience (Advanced certification strongly preferred)
Strong interest or experience in generative AI, including LLMs, prompting, or AI service integration
Proven ability to create technical content that resonates with developers—such as tutorials, example apps, or project walkthroughs
A practical mindset focused on enabling others to do things, not just understand them
Familiarity with the Mendix ecosystem, development best practices, and the challenges developers face in real projects
Collaborative and curious, with a willingness to dive into new tools, topics, or technologies as needed
