What Will You Do?
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and designers (15‑30 people) on complex projects
- Supervise day‑to‑day piping engineering activities across all project phases
- Ensure designs meet client standards, international codes, and project scope
- Set up and manage project planning tools, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and milestones
- Develop layout philosophies and mechanical scopes of work
- Contribute to procurement support and interface with vendors and clients
- Promote HSE awareness and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Address cross‑discipline engineering issues to maintain coherence and progress
What Do You Bring?
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in piping engineering for oil & gas, chemicals, or refineries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple disciplines
- Familiar with 3D plant design tools (PDMS, PDS, SmartPlant 3D)
- Experience with estimating man‑hours and construction cost insights
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Workshare experience is a strong plus
