Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Lead of Key Account Manager in Hoofddorp, for our NL Team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Key Account Manager team: set team goals, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of overall targets. Make regular visits to Tier 2 customers (installers, system integrators) to develop and maintain positive working relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and approach high-potential installers or system integrators to join the Dealer Partner Program. Develop and implement process improvements to optimize dealer management activities and team efficiency. Collaborate with distributors to develop project quotations for dealers and drive project execution. Analyze and evaluate both dealer and team sales performance, recommend improvements, and ensure implementation. Stay current with market trends and competitor activities, adjusting team strategies as needed. Organize and lead regular team meetings, business reviews, and training sessions to enhance team professionalism and cohesion. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales departments to refine market positioning and support the development of sales tools, campaigns, and promotions. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. Complete other related tasks assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of key account management experience, preferably in the video surveillance or security industry. Minimum 2 years of team management experience with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets. Strong customer relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively. Excellent market analysis, data analysis, and business planning abilities. Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Proficient in office software and CRM systems. Willingness to travel as required.
