Juridisch Adviseur – Rotterdam

Responsibilities
- Advise the board of directors, management and the Board of Directors over contracts and legal matters.
- Guide management through complex legal processes and decision‑making, including corporate affairs.
- Assess and advise on policy intentions and processes on legal aspects, risks and consequences.
- Provide legal input to the development of policy within your area.
- Independently execute (in principle) judicial procedures and engage external legal support when necessary.
- Develop clear guidelines, procedures and playbooks, contributing to a solid legal basis for Albeda.
Qualifications
- University degree in Law, graduated with distinction.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in general obligations law and contract law (minimum 5 years).
- Pre‑knowledge of labour law; entrepreneurial law affinity is a pre.
- Interest in education and openness to deepen knowledge in education law.
- Skilled in analyzing, interpreting and drafting (co‑operation) agreements and other legal documents and advice.
- Shows organizational sensitivity, especially regarding (socially) sensitive dossiers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong both technically and people‑oriented, collaborates well with colleagues.
- Adapts easily to a dynamic, changing organization.
Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands. Full‑time. Mid‑Senior level.
