As an experienced warehouse professional, you are not afraid to make decisions, know how to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment, and—together with another team leader—take the team to the next level. Together, you will lead 5–10 colleagues in a safe, structured, and results-oriented work environment.
Lead, coach, and guide warehouse employees.
Work hands-on in receiving, storing, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage inventory and identify discrepancies.
Ensure safety and quality in accordance with strict procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements
English and Dutch speaking, or fluent in English.
MBO-level education or equivalent thinking and working level.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse role.
Leadership or coordinating experience.
Accurate, stress-resistant, and strong communication skills.
Safety-conscious and quality-oriented.
