What will you do?
As an IT Support Analyst in Rotterdam, you will primarily provide first and second-line IT support for our users across the Netherlands. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer support: Proactively respond to support requests, resolve issues efficiently, and handle requests promptly.
- Service Level Management: Monitor and document the services delivered against agreed SLAs.
- Incident Management: Prioritize and diagnose incidents, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Request Management: Prioritize requests and ensure timely processing.
- Problem Management: Investigate and resolve recurring issues and implement structural solutions.
- User Equipment Setup/Decommissioning: Perform routine hardware/software installations and de-installations, keeping user equipment up-to-date.

LKQ Netherlands is a subsidiary of LKQ, operating mainly in the auto parts market. With 120 locations in the Netherlands, we supply around 250,000 different auto parts to our clients. We are committed to precision, speed, and innovation, actively shaping the future of our organization.
Your team
The team comprises a Manager, two team leaders, and nearly 15 IT Support Analysts across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience in a first or second-line service desk role.
- Knowledge of end-user technology, Windows OS, Microsoft applications, business applications, printing systems, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with setting up workstations and upgrading existing systems.
