Your Role as a Onsite IT Support Engineer:
- As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
- You will work independently or in a team
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment
- You analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Implementation of software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies
- You record your approach and solution to problems in a ticket system
- Asset management
Requirements
- Experience with onsite support and ticketing system (2 years)
- Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
- Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure mobile phones (Apple and Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365
- Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English
- Customer-oriented approach
- Permission to work in the Netherlands
