Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of assigned business applications.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Drive application improvements, user adoption, and service optimization.
Manage vendors, service levels, contracts, and application roadmaps.
Collaborate with IT, security, architecture, and business teams to ensure reliable and compliant service delivery.
Support project implementations, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Experience in IT Service Management, Application Management, IT Business Partnering, or Service Ownership.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident, change, and vendor management.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
Comfortable working independently in a complex international environment.
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
