Your scope of work

As a PMO & Business Analysis Intern, you will support the PMO and Business Analysis team across our Benelux project portfolio from September to January. You will help translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation, structured insights and actionable improvements that increase delivery efficiency. You will play an active role in mapping processes, identifying gaps and improving the way we work across projects, reporting and governance. You will be responsible for:

  • Mapping current processes and creating clear process diagrams and flowcharts
  • Analyzing gaps across projects and proposing pragmatic improvement opportunities
  • Supporting portfolio governance by collecting KPI data and maintaining progress trackers
  • Preparing dashboards, management visuals and reports for steering committees
  • Creating and improving reporting templates and standardized process documentation
  • Exploring and experimenting with AI tools, AI bots and AI agents to improve PMO and Business Analysis ways of working

  • Currently studying Business Administration (. IBA, MBA or MScBA), Data Analytics or a related field (HBO/WO or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, able to interpret insights and translate them into recommendations
  • Understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering and PMO fundamentals
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or Asana is a plus
  • Familiarity with the current AI models and fundamental understanding about the concepts of AI and its layers, experience with AI bots, agents or tools such as n8n is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Self-driven, curious and proactive in seeking clarity and improvements
