At VTTI, one of the world’s leading energy storage providers, we’re looking for an Interim Legal Counsel to join our global organization for a 6 months project. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a global company committed to sustainability and innovation. The legal department of VTTI is part of the enablers of VTTI’s growth ambitions. Involved in M&A, new build projects and part of the projects to further professionalize our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support across various jurisdictions
- Manage and advise on legal matters within the company (as an example you will support the procurement department and the commercial department)
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and legal accuracy
- Handle multiple legal tasks and projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- 7+ years of work experience as an attorney at law in one of the bigger law firms
- Or 5+ years as an attorney at law combined with 2+ years as a legal counsel in our industry
- Experience gained within a top-tier law firm or leading multinational company
- Expertise in corporate/M&A or banking & finance, construction law
- Eager to learn and advise about legal matters in other jurisdictions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- We’d like you to be in our Rotterdam HQ on a regular base, app 2 times a week
