Responsibilities
As an Inspection Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all equipment, materials, and processes meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing inspection activities to guarantee compliance and safety across complex offshore operations.
Your duties will include developing inspection plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and third-party inspectors, maintaining detailed documentation, and managing issue resolution effectively.
You will also liaise with vendors to ensure their inspection procedures align with project standards, providing regular updates to project management and quality assurance stakeholders.
This role demands strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a high-profile and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical discipline
Relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance
Proven experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance, preferably within the oil and gas or offshore energy sectors
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control plans
Experience in expediting, regulatory management, inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring activities
Familiarity with SBM product knowledge, purchasing tools, package management, and third-party relations management is advantageous
Proficiency in inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
