This is a dynamic and diverse role with a wide range of activities:

  • Interact with customers. Spend a large part of your day talking to customers. Either by phone, MS Teams or email. 
  • Build relationships. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to be truly successful.
  • Respond quickly. Most inquiries come in through our website, colleagues, and existing customers. You need to respond quickly to help our customers.
  • Find Solutions that Work. Get to know your customers by thoroughly questioning them and conducting a good problem analysis. This in-depth knowledge will enable you to build a solution from our portfolio that has a real impact on their business.

  • Smart and socially intelligent. You must have the ability to learn a portfolio of complex products and be able to describe them to customers. You must also possess a high degree of social intelligence.
  • Resilient: You must be able to self-motivate and push through adversities in this role.
  • Language Skills: A good command of Dutch and English is necessary in writing and speech.
