This role is pivotal in implementing and advancing IT infrastructure improvements that align with overall business strategy and enhance the user experience. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliManage and maintain the global infrastructure estate, including servers and networking hardware. /liliSupport the deployment of new technologies and capabilities across the business. /liliAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft identity management solutions. /liliManage and support LAN infrastructure (wired and wireless). /liliCollaborate with Security Specialists to support InfoSec infrastructure-related tasks. /liliAct as the technical liaison during solution implementations requiring infrastructure expertise. /liliProvide insights and feedback to the Infrastructure Manager on evolving technologies and best practices. /liliCoordinate with IT Business Partners to communicate changes and set user expectations. /liliServe as a Level 3 escalation point for IT Service Desk support issues. /li /ulpSkills Qualifications /ppRequired: /pulliMinimum 5+ years in an Infrastructure Specialist or Infrastructure Engineer role. /liliRelevant IT certifications or professional qualifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.). /liliStrong English communication skills (written and verbal); Dutch is a plus. /liliProven experience with: /liliMicrosoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy /liliMicrosoft 365 and Entra ID /liliCisco and/or Aruba LAN technologies /liliVirtualization platforms like VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft HyperV /li /ulpDesirable: /pulliExperience in the food manufacturing industry or similar industrial environments. /liliProficiency with tools and technologies such as: /liliPowerShell scripting /liliMobile Device Management (Intune, Apple Business Manager) /liliMicrosoft SQL Server /liliMicrosoft Office Suite /liliCato Networks /liliPalo Alto firewalls /liliCrowdStrike security solutions /liliVeeam or AvePoint backup technologies /liliOT/industrial technologies (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell) /li /ulpCore Competencies /pulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliEffective collaboration across teams and with external vendors /liliCustomer-focused mindset /liliExcellent problem-solving capabilities /liliCommitment to continuous improvement /liliStrong organizational and planning skills /li /ulpKey Stakeholders /pulliInternal IT Infrastructure IT Teams /liliBusiness Users across the organization /liliExternal IT Vendors and Service Providers /li /ul
