Mars Wrigley Contract : permanent Location : Veghel, The Netherlands The MSE (Mars Supply Excellence) regional coach will drive operational excellence by ensuring that the MSE deployment in the region is in line with the ambition. The MSE Coach will be the change agent to coach and train the Regional Supply team and the Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the MSE maturity audit. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical degree ~Training in Project Management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and Supply / Manufacturing practices ~ Fluent in English. Dutch skills are beneficial. Build capability (general MSE / Technical capabilities/Loss reduction/Digital) across Regional supply teams and Factory management teams and provide input for MSE Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met You will join the most iconic segment of Mars and the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer, which includes M&Ms, Snickers, Twix, Maltesers, Freedent, Airways and Be-Kind cereal bars In Veghel, you will work in Mars biggest chocolate factory in the world, in the heart of Netherlands, with the bonus of a co-working space shared with the Mars Global Services teams, ideal for creating great synergies!
