In the role of HR Manager you’ll be the trusted advisor for a diverse group of colleagues (30 people), part of Naïf’s management team, and reporting directly into our CEO Gijs. Finds genuine joy in helping others succeed. Is the reliable, approachable face of HR, building trust and fostering a positive environment. Sees HR not just as a function, but as a base for a great workplace culture where people love to work. From a warm welcome to a grateful farewell (on- and offboarding), you’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll be the first point of contact, making every HR interaction seamless and supportive. Own the whole recruitment process from setting the profile, to finding and hiring new talent. You are the trusted advisor for our entire team. Growth & development: But you’re also okay with coordinating and planning our training programs, helping our teams build new skills. Operations: You’ll manage the Dutch & German payroll and guide employees and managers through absence management with care and precision. As the ‘Product Owner’ for our HR system (NMBRS, Homerun, Leapsome), you’ll do more than just manage data. You will develop, implement, and refine our HR policies, handbook, and processes. You’ll launch new initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, compensation, learning & development, and so on. We are looking for a senior profile (~8 years of hands-on and strategic HR experience). ~ You understand that handling sensitive data is a sacred trust. ~ You are organized, and can manage multiple priorities without someone looking over your shoulder. ~ Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law (German law is a plus!)~ Fluency in both Dutch and English (verbal and written) is essential for our international team. ~ Working in a start-up culture full of energy, impact, freedom, and a motivated team. ~ A beautiful office to work from, located near the beach of Scheveningen (for now – but planning to move to a more central place in The Hague nearby a train station), along with hybrid working possibilities. ~25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis (or some more if needed). ~ Many development opportunities (inhouse-training program)~
