This role is central to ensuring a seamless and compliant transfer experience, while also supporting broader global mobility operations and HR processes. The position will be an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of being extended fu /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongrther.brResponsi /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pullibilitiesbrHandle Group Project moves Individual transfer of Saudi Aramco personnel (Secondees Executive-Level) and family to Europe, Middle East and Asia for a /lilissignment.Liaise with Aramco HR External vendors to ensure compliant transfer of assignees requirements are met both at the start and end of international as /lilisignments.Handle all associated administrative tasks to ensure complete documentation and requirements for the international assignments are completed timely and /lili in order.Handle International assignment payments including activation of expatriate allowances, school fees, expense reports, medical administration within company policy and g /liliuidelines.Act as single point of contact for assignees and project teams to handle mobilization of Aramco projects to assigned /lili location.Advise assignees and management on Governmental and internal policies and procedures regarding international transfers and Secondees (Executive-Level) policies and req /liliuirements.Oversee and coordinate health and benefits support for Secondees (Executive-Level), including managing contracts, budget oversight, and liaising with the global medical /lili provider.Provide guidance on medical claims, sensitive case handling, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for international healthcare admin /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongistration.brQu /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pullialificationsbr4 – 8 years of wo /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongrk experience.br/strong /ppbr/ppbr/pullibrRequired SkillsbrExperience in organizing individual and f /liliamily relocations.Knowledge of International Global Mobility Policies related admin /liliistrative support.Ability to manage external vendors /lili and stakeholders.Experience of International assi /lilignment management.Experience with Success Factors, SAP ServiceNow wo /liliuld be beneficial.Excellent English, both wri /lilitten and verbally.Excellent /lili MS office skills.Excellent stakeholder /lilimanagement skills.Ability to network and maintain professio /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongnal relationship /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pullis. xrurlwr brPreferred SkillsbrExperience with Success Factors, SAP ServiceNo /li /ulpbr/pw would be beneficial.
