Join Recolo and work in the heart of Rotterdam.
We are looking for Housekeepers to join our team at Recolo. You will be placed at one of our trusted clients, working on location at leading hotels across Rotterdam. These are primarily 3- and 4-star properties, from modern design hotels near Rotterdam Ahoy and the Maas to convenient city-center locations. As a Recolo housekeeper, you’ll enjoy a fixed location, great pay, and weekly wages every Friday.
What do we offer?
Salary: €16.70 gross per hour (€15.52 + 8% weekly holiday allowance).
Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday.
Holidays: 25 paid vacation days per year.
Hours: Full-time or part-time (32–40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
Stability: Work in one fixed hotel location – no moving between sites.
Support: Our Recolo recruiters speak Spanish and Ukrainian to help you.
Commute: Full travel allowance + optional Swapfiets (a convenient bike for commuting).

Your Role:
Maintain high cleanliness standards in hotel guest rooms, ensuring every detail meets 3- and 4-star quality.
Work carefully and efficiently to prepare rooms for new guests, contributing to an excellent guest experience.
Join a positive team in a dynamic city-center hotel environment, supporting each other during busy shifts.
Are you the one?
You live in or near Rotterdam and have valid Dutch work documents.
You are reliable and available for weekend shifts. You are proud of your work and enjoy being part of a team.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is a plus, but a strong work ethic is just as important.
