Overview
In this role you design high- and medium-voltage systems that form the backbone of tomorrow’s power grid. You’ll join a team tackling the Netherlands’ energy transition, delivering safe, reliable, and innovative HV solutions. You’ll work on complex substations, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to upscaling and modernization efforts. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design secondary systems for HV substations (expansion, renovation, new builds)
- Translate functional designs into executable project plans
- Prepare technical documentation and execution drawings using Systems Engineering methodology
- Act as sparring partner to the Technical Manager across project phases
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and compliance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 3 years of experience designing complex high- and medium-voltage systems
- Passion for electricity networks and energy technology
- Strong communication skills
- Thrives in a project-based environment
- Higher professional education (HBO) or University degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, electrical power engineering, or a comparable field
