Our planet is a closed system and therefore earths resources should not be wasted. The current situation shows that the resources we use as raw materials lose their identity, and become waste. In our vision, waste can be eliminated in the real estate sector by giving materials an identity through a Material Passport. Madaster Foundation promotes, stimulates and oversees the development and usage of the Material Passport. As such the Foundation has the following primary objectives.
Madaster facilitates the realization of the Material Passport concept by funding the development of the Material Passport delivery and governance tools. Also, it is very important to document and maintain the guiding principles to gather data, store data, model data and create the Material Passports using data from both an architectural and financial perspective. Madaster stimulates the usage of the Material Passport concept in the real estate sector, e.g. through industry standards. Lastly, it is important to ensure the availability of data being gathered for everyone, and to ensure that the data is stored for the purpose of the creation of the Material Passports.

Job description
Together with the team of Madaster, you, the junior consultant, are going to help build the start-up. The most important thing for creating a solid base is a well-thought out strategic business plan, which covers the structure, finances and strategy of the organization. Moreover, you will be participating in the creation of an up-to-date pricing model for Madaster. In addition, Madaster wants to apply for an ANBI-status, which requires some necessary documents. As a junior consultant, you will also create and gather these documents to ensure the application will succeed. Are you, together with a team of professionals and students, up for the challenge?

Requirements
We are searching for four students (BIM, econometrics, fiscal economy or business administration).
Ability to speak, write and read in English
Both international and Dutch students can apply
Experience with pricing models/business models (preferably)
Competence with Microsoft Office
