Global QHSSE Advisor – Land Operations Location: Rotterdam area, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Direct Employment only (No ZZP/self-employed applications) About the Role Join a global leader in complex transport and lifting solutions! We’re looking for a Global QHSSE Advisor (Land) to drive quality, health, safety, security, and environmental standards across international land operations. What you’ll do: ✔ Maintain and improve the Operating Management System ✔ Coordinate audits and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM) ✔ Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations ✔ Deliver training and safety communications to promote a strong safety culture ✔ Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and contractors What we’re looking for: ✅ Background in heavy transport, cranes, or specialized lifting (oil & gas/maritime experience a plus) ✅ Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QHSSE frameworks ✅ 2–6 years of industry experience ✅ Dutch & English preferred (English-only considered with relevant background) ✅ Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment Ready to take the next step in your QHSSE career?
