Sunweb Group is looking for an interim Head of People Operations. Together with your team, you will shape an exceptional employee experience by delivering fully compliant, service-driven HR solutions. Your focus will be on empowering both employees and managers, streamlining their day-to-day work life. With a deep understanding of business challenges, you will translate them into efficient and effective processes.
You’ll be part of our People, Organization & Culture (POC) team, and you’ll lead the People Operations team, consisting of three People Operations Specialists, two Operational Excellence Specialists (including Payroll), and a People Analytics Specialist.
Your impact

Lead and support the People Operations team, helping them grow and thrive.

Oversee vendor management, including advancing the payroll improvement plan.

Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational excellence.

Develop HR policies when applicable to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage “Focus on You,” our employee wellbeing program.

Represent Sunweb Group in various ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) projects, focusing on social initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities (if experienced in Compensation & Benefits):

Conduct ad hoc benchmarking and provide insights.

Continue working on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects.

Practicalities

Work arrangement: Hybrid (50% in-office in Rotterdam near Kralingse Zoom metro stop).

Assignment duration: Expected to last 6 months.
