The Head of Implementation plays a central role in how we make that happen. Through client delivery, internal structure and team development.
This is a position for someone who leads by doing. The role begins in the field, working hands-on in implementation projects to guide delivery, planning and stakeholder engagement. From there, it grows into broader ownership of how we deliver across clients, how we enable the team and how we scale our way of working. It involves close collaboration with the founders to shape our delivery organisation, define standards and support the implementation leads, consultants and engineers who make our solutions succeed. It also means working directly with client leadership to ensure alignment, build trust and expand the impact of AI across their business.
What you will do
You will:
- Own and lead the implementation of GenAI projects together with the implementation leads, consultants and engineers
- Represent RebelsAI in client relationships, including management and executive stakeholders
- Drive project planning, scope, communication and delivery quality
- Guide sprint rhythms, documentation, decision-making and progress tracking
- Coordinate project capacity and internal alignment across all client work
- Support and coach team members on structure, standards and collaboration
- Prevent and manage escalations with clarity and professionalism
- Help clients navigate their AI journey and identify opportunities for further value
- Collaborate with the founders to scale delivery practices and implementation
What we are looking for
You are a delivery lead who combines strategic oversight with operational sharpness. You are structured, clear and comfortable at every level of the client organisation. You take ownership, communicate with confidence and bring people together around goals that matter. You want to build, lead and improve, and you are ready to take responsibility.
You bring:
- Strong experience in leading complex delivery or transformation projects in a technical setting
- The ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate both strategic and operational conversations
- Expertise in planning, delivery assurance, stakeholder management and project coaching
- A structured mindset and a strong sense of accountability
- Affinity with AI and curiosity to keep learning what it means in practice
- Full professional fluency in Dutch & English
