Drive global logistics performance by leading process optimization, technology integration, and strategic initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Collaborate with regional teams and partners to deliver cost-effective, efficient, and future-ready logistics solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize logistics processes and KPIs. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operations.
  • Process Governance: Own global Logistics processes and lead optimization efforts through regional champions and functional leads.
  • Project Leadership: Lead global logistics optimization projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Strategy Development: Help shape and align global logistics strategy with business goals. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service.
  • Vendor Management: Support selection, performance tracking, and management of logistics service providers.
  • Technology Enablement: Co-develop the logistics tech roadmap. Integrate tools like TMS, WMS, and analytics platforms with SAP.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze logistics data to uncover trends and drive performance improvements. Share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate logistics risks. Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Budget Support: Contribute to ocean and bulk logistics budgeting and value creation planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align logistics initiatives with supply chain, procurement, sales, and customer service teams.

SKILLS

  • 8+ years in global logistics or supply chain management, covering transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, continuous improvement, and driving measurable cost and service improvements.
  • Strong experience leading cross-regional projects and implementing standardized logistics processes.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of TMS, WMS, and SAP systems; exposure to data analytics and digital logistics tools.
  • Effective stakeholder manager with strong communication and influencing skills across global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and embed best‑practice governance.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CSCP) preferred.
  • Interest or experience in sustainable logistics and emerging digital optimization technologies is an advantage.
