Were seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and represent a well-established brand across Southern Europe. If youre passionate about sales, market strategy, and relationship-building in the maritime industry , this role offers real impact and international exposure. What Youll Do Generate new business, upsell services, and grow existing accounts Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with leadership objectives Deliver annual revenue and growth targets Lead digital marketing initiatives and manage external agencies Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and visits Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Track performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management Travel regionally and internationally as required What You Bring 2–5 years of sales experience in the maritime industry (essential) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Marine Engineering, or related field Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure Fluent in English, bonus if you speak a scandinavian language Willingness to travel Salary up to €49,000 with an OTE of €70,000 per annum. #J-18808-Ljbffr
