Qualifications and Experience
- Background in civil engineering or related fields such as hydraulic or geotechnical engineering at bachelor or master level, with a strong interest in commerce.
- Demonstrable work experience in civil engineering, with possible commercial expertise in the civil engineering market.
- Knowledge of various contract forms (e.g., D&B, UAV-GC).
- Existing network and contacts within the civil engineering sector in your region; international contacts are a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 10%) to meet contacts and attend events such as trade shows and congresses to explore new business opportunities.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in addition to Dutch.
