Facility Coordinator M/V

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing the facility activities of external suppliers. Ensuring continuity in business processes related to facility matters.

I. Coordination
Outcome: Efficient and effective coordination of facility tasks and projects to achieve the intended goals.
-Coordinating and optimizing daily facility operations and services.
-Coordinating the maintenance and management of buildings, installations, and technical systems.
-Planning, coordinating, and executing facility and technical projects.
-Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

II. Supporting Work Processes
Outcome: Ensuring continuity within processes related to all technical and facility matters.
-Maintaining contacts and following up on agreements with suppliers.
-Contract management and evaluating supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs).
-Assessing quotations, including comparing costs, quality, and terms.
-Identifying and investigating opportunities for improving facility services.
-Monitoring the effects of improvement initiatives and adjusting where necessary.
-Document management and administrative handling of facility processes.
-Reporting to the Facility Manager on the status of facility services, improvement initiatives, and projects.

III. Safety and Quality
Outcome: Achieving quality objectives and ensuring safety within the organization.
-Providing advice regarding quality standards within the organization.
-Actively contributing to the improvement of core activities within the logistics process.
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
-Responsible for conducting safety inspections and risk analyses.

Profiel

-An education at HBO level in the direction of technology or facility management.
-Knowledge of facility management and technology.
-Knowledge of logistics.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in facility management, of which at least 1-2 years in a coordinating role.

-Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
