Experienced AI Software Engineer
As an experienced AI Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing our AI platform and creating bespoke AI solutions for clients. You’ll lead a team of talented AI solution engineers, contributing directly to the development of our cutting-edge AI products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI science team in developing innovative AI solutions.
- Invent, develop, and implement tailored AI solutions for client challenges and internal products.
- Advise clients on AI opportunities and integration strategies.
- Integrate AI technologies into existing IT infrastructure to optimize operations.
- Contribute to expanding our AI development platform to support complex AI solutions.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 4 years of experience in AI, preferably in R&D or software development, with expertise in Computer Vision.
- Experience with customer interaction, demonstrating curiosity, investigative skills, and problem-solving mindset.
- A Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field, with a solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and current AI trends.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with state-of-the-art AI frameworks, following industry best practices.
- Strong teamwork, knowledge sharing, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
