Enterprise Account Executive – JR Netherlands – Rotterdam

Are you an experienced Account Executive passionate about navigating complex enterprise sales cycles? Do you thrive on delivering value-driven solutions that resonate with operational teams and executive leadership? If so, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do:

  1. Drive regional growth by acquiring new enterprise clients (€1B+ revenue)
  2. Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  3. Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  4. Work closely with BDR and Partner teams to maximize outbound sales efforts

What we’re looking for:

  1. 5+ years of success in SaaS sales, closing complex enterprise deals
  2. Expertise in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, or SPIN Selling
  3. Strong strategic planning and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  5. Willingness to travel within your assigned region
