As a Proposal Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of engineering and commerce, responsible for delivering accurate, well-structured technical and commercial proposals. Coordinating closely with internal departments—Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management Liaising with domestic and international suppliers to ensure up-to-date and accurate proposal content Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Power, or Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar design software Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English A collaborative, knowledgeable team environment
