The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Youwe, you will have the opportunity to explore diverse facets of marketing and collaborate with various departments in the company. We want to help you grow and introduce you to all aspects of our digital agency.

Location: Rotterdam or Groningen

What you will do

Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to support targeted marketing strategies and content creation;

Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and emails to build community and foster interaction;

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, utilising industry best practices to maximise reach and effectiveness;

Monitor and optimise live campaigns using A/B testing and analytics to improve click-through and conversion rates and overall ROI;

Analyse data from ad platforms and analytics tools to continually adjust strategies and improve campaign performance;

Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives;

Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with broader digital marketing objectives and company goals;

What you have

You are available for a 6-month internship, 32-40 hours per week, starting September/October 2026;

You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing program at HBO/WO level;

You are fluent in English;

Fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage;

You either have experience with or would like to learn more about the following aspects of marketing: market research, ad campaign creation & optimization, marketing analytics, content creation.

You'll be joining a team of 10, operating from 3 different countries. All of which have their own specialities and skills, and the majority of which is situated at the Rotterdam office.
