At Breeze, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success employee who can enhance the experience of our users both in-app and during their dates.
About the job
You will play a vital role in our team, primarily responsible for managing the dates themselves. Currently, we organize around 300 dates per day. Effectively handling these dates is crucial to our success, and we are looking for an additional (part-time) team member. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking care of our Customer Support by answering questions from users via our helpdesk.
- Serving as a point of contact for our date locations regarding questions about the dates we coordinate.
- Identifying service improvements and communicating these to the team.
- Being available during weekends or at night, with a flexible schedule that allows you to plan your shifts each month and swap with colleagues as needed.

- You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
