We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to support key German import accounts. You will improve operations, manage customer relationships, and run projects to increase customer satisfaction.
Speaking the German language and having experience in within a Logistics Service Providor is mandatory.

- Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Improve and maintain customer procedures and workflows.
- Track KPIs and coordinate with operations teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
- Deliver training and share best practices internally.
- Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain relationships with customer partners.
Profiel van kandidaat
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory, Dutch is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding.
- Customer Orriented
- Residing in the Netherlands.
