As a Customer Service Technician, you are the technical point of contact for our distributors, contractors, and end users. You provide remote support and troubleshooting, develop training materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and documentation. Technical Support & Customer Contact Provide technical support via phone and email. If needed, escalate calls to Field Service Technicians. Training & Documentation Assist in certified installer training programs. Develop training materials and conduct sessions. Inform customers about shipping dates. You enjoy solving technical puzzles, maintaining an overview, and gain energy from helping customers. Ability to train others in technical topics. Comfortable working with various customer registration software programs. An informal and collegial work environment where everyone helps each other. ~ Prospect of a permanent contract. ~
