[Job Description]

  • Solve customer’s pre-sale and after-sale questions through different channels.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

[Job Requirements]

  • Dutch level: C1+.
  • English Level: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Proficient in the use of Office software.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to speak German/French is an advantage.
  • Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
