Your scope of work
As CRO Manager, you will define and drive the conversion rate optimization strategy across our digital ecosystem (3 e-commerce platforms and 2 apps), focusing on measurable growth through experimentation and customer insight. You will own the CRO roadmap across categories and customer journeys, ensuring priorities are customer-driven, commercially aligned, and technically feasible. Together with your team, you continuously identify optimization opportunities across the full funnel to improve conversion, customer experience, and key business KPIs.
You foster a strong experimentation mindset by translating data and customer insights into hypotheses and actionable business cases. In close collaboration with international Tech teams, you ensure the right initiatives are prioritized and delivered. Beyond optimization, you contribute to the broader digital growth agenda and help ensure CRO drives long-term business performance.
