Responsibilities

Country Sales Manager (TeleCom)
Location: Rotterdam – Netherlands
This role is remote within the Netherlands
Salary: 65000€ to 80000€ OTE per annum
Ref: 725DU

Main duties:
Drive new business development, manage sales opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, forecast sales performance, represent the company at industry events, and work to exceed sales revenue targets across a portfolio of communication technologies.

The role:
• Identify market opportunities and build business relationships to form partnerships
• Manage sales pipeline and grow opportunities in targeted markets
• Collaborate with partners to expand sales and distribution
• Drive margin growth from new and existing clients
• Forecast sales and future projects based on market analysis
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and tenders
• Stay informed on trends affecting sales activities
• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets
• Technologies include DMR, PMR, LTE, Systems, Bodycams, POC, Tetra

Candidate’s Profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in the PMR or telecommunications industry
• Proven success in a sales or key account management role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster professional relationships
with key accounts, new businesses, and internal teams
• Confident in delivering client presentations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic market
• Analytical and numerate to support forecasting and business opportunities
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
