Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Corner Store Manager for one of our international fashion brand partners, for its point of sale located inside a department store in Rotterdam.
Reporting to the Retail Management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the corner, driving sales performance, and managing your team.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the corner (opening, closing, KPI monitoring, stock management, and merchandising).

Managing, training, and motivating a team of around 6 people, embodying the brand’s values and leading by example.

Ensuring a premium client experience aligned with the brand’s image and standards.

Optimizing the store’s commercial and operational performance.

Actively participating in commercial initiatives and coordinating with headquarters.
- You have proven experience managing a store and/or corner in the retail sector, ideally within the fashion industry.
- You are recognized for your team management skills, hands-on approach, and strong customer service mindset.
- You know how to drive commercial performance while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Languages: fluent Dutch and English.
Full-time position (38 hours/week), based in Rotterdam.
