Overview
As Continuous Improvement Specialist in the Motion Service Division, you drive process optimization and digitalization to improve service operations. You collaborate closely with the BPO to translate daily workflows into measurable improvements that benefit colleagues and customers. You will oversee process documentation, training, and testing, delivering hands-on improvements across SAP CS, Salesforce, and ABB’s systems. This role offers cross-functional impact within a global leader focused on efficiency and sustainability.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage and develop processes, work instructions, and training materials
- Deliver process-focused, hands-on training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives within SAP CS, Salesforce, OMS, and CQP
- Manage the FSL scheduling module and related time registration tools (Growteq, Pulsar)
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
- Lead or participate in Motion Service projects and contribute to cross-business initiatives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree level (HBO+) or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B environment
- excellent communication in Dutch and English
- experience in a service-oriented organization or service business (advantage)
- experience with change management and driving organizational change
- ability to independently lead processes and projects
