They are looking fora Senior Supply Planner who will play a pivotal role withinthe S&OP team, ensuring seamless supply chain execution. As Senior Supply Planner, youwill collaborate closely with Demand Planning to align supplystrategies with forecasted demand. Your role involves monitoringKPIs, leading supply-focused projects, and maintaining systemaccuracy to support business objectives. This is an opportunity tocombine analytical skills with hands-on operational leadership in adynamic, fastpaced environment. You will also act as the subjectmatter expert for supply planning, continuously improving processesand ensuring product availability across all channels. By workingclosely with Lindt factories and internal stakeholders, you willhelp deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standardsof quality and compliance. Your keyresponsibilities:Serve as the subjectmatter expert for Supply Planning and lead strategicinitiatives.Manage inventory levels, includingfinished goods and co-packing, ensuring optimal stockbalance.Oversee warehouse operations andmaintain compliance with food qualitystandards.Lead seasonal supply planning,including product availability and displayproduction.Monitor and resolve supplydisruptions by coordinating with suppliers and logisticspartners.Maintain ERP and planning toolaccuracy to reflect real-time supply chainstatus.Track and report Supply Planning KPIs,driving continuous improvementinitiatives. Furthermore,you bring:You have a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree, combined with 8+ years of planning experience withS&OP/IBP processes.Experienced in FMCGsupply chain/operations/logistics, managing inventory levelsincluding co-packing and displayplanning.Advanced Excels skills and SAP systemknowledge (ECC, S/4HANA, IBP).Fluencyin English (Dutch is nice-to-have).
