We’re looking for a highly skilled and safety-focused leader to join our team! /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliAct as the primary field interface for the principal contractor on all civil/architectural works /liliOversee underground piping installations including GRE and HDPE /liliDeliver daily progress reports, highlight labour usage and flag commercial impacts /liliDrive and enforce HSE compliance, including weekly inspections and safety audits /liliSupport method statement and risk assessment reviews with a focus on safety and quality /liliMonitor permit to work systems and ensure robust Safe Plans of Action are followed /liliManage coordination of multi-disciplinary field activities and resolve interface issues /liliOversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ITPs /liliCollaborate with vendor reps, contractors, and client during walkdowns and coordination meetings /liliSupport Construction Manager in performance evaluations and progress tracking /li /ulpRequired Qualifications: /pulli10+ years of experience on major capital projects within EPC contractor teams /liliProven hands-on experience in civil and underground pipework (GRE, HDPE) /liliStrong track record working with Dutch civil contractors – local knowledge is a plus! /liliExcellent understanding of technical, labour, scheduling, and quality aspects of civil works /liliSharp focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards /li /ulpLanguage Requirements: /pulliEnglish: Mandatory /liliDutch: Desirable /li /ulpIf you’re ready to lead with confidence, uphold safety and quality, and make an impact on a landmark energy project, we want to hear from you! /ppApply now and join us in shaping the future of clean energy. /p
