We’re Hiring: Category Manager – IT Accessories

Your Role

As our Category Manager – IT Accessories, you will be in the driver’s seat of one of the most exciting and fast-paced product categories in our business. You’re not just managing a portfolio — you’re shaping it.

You will develop and implement strategies that maximize sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. From defining the assortment to negotiating supplier deals, you’re the key decision-maker.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Online, while building strong external partnerships with vendors and brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the IT Accessories category performance
  • Build data-driven strategies based on market trends, performance metrics, and consumer insights
  • Define and manage the assortment strategy, product lifecycle, and pricing
  • Develop promotional plans that drive traffic and conversion both online and offline
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate the best commercial conditions
  • Ensure operational excellence: contracts, pricing, availability, and product content
  • Be the expert for internal stakeholders on all category-related matters
  • Constantly explore new trends, innovations, and opportunities for growth

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with solid experience and a strategic mindset. Whether you come from a category management role in another sector or from IT sales/purchasing, your commercial instinct and analytical skills are your biggest strengths.

  • Proven experience in category management, any category but IT/accessories is a plus, or buying
  • Strong analytical skills – a university degree with an analytical orientation (e.g. Business Engineering) is appreciated
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, reports, KPIs, trends, forecasts)
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Collaborative and hands-on mindset
  • Fluent in English – other languages are a plus, but not required
