Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for resilience and risk management? Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) as our next Associate Director, Business Resilience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing CCEP’s Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) strategy, providing expert advice, guidance, and support to country-level Business Units and Global Functions.

This role involves fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at both country and functional levels, including Customer Service & Supply Chain, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability, People & Culture, BPT, Finance, and risk owners/SMEs. You will also work with global and Business Unit stakeholders, including The Coca-Cola Company, to ensure the effective deployment of global BCR initiatives aligned with business priorities to enhance organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the delivery of global and European initiatives within the BCM Programme, addressing issues, improving effectiveness, expanding coverage, and delivering efficiencies at strategic and operational levels.
  2. Implement The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Business Resilience Framework (BRF) across various European locations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  3. Serve as a central contact for Crisis and Incident Management across multiple European countries.
  4. Coordinate and engage with the network of Business Continuity BU Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and site champions.
  5. Support risk mitigation efforts on principal risks such as Cyber, CO2, Concentrate, and Climate/Water in collaboration with ERM.
  6. Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical resources, technologies, and suppliers across countries and functions.
  7. Represent BCM/IMCR at meetings and committees, including the Compliance & Risk Committee, standing in for the Director of Business Resilience when necessary.
  8. Create and maintain BCR master data, dashboards, and key metrics.
  9. Support the achievement and maintenance of ISO 22301 certification at selected sites.
  10. Facilitate resilience-building discussions across sites, countries, and functions.
  11. Establish and chair BCM working groups with key functions such as BPT, Insurance, QESH, Supply Chain, and ERM.
  12. Lead special BCM projects responding to changes in the business environment, such as geopolitical developments.
  13. Assist other functions in achieving ISO standards related to BCM, such as ISO 9001.
  14. Provide 24/7/365 crisis support in collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing resilience programs and projects, with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong cross-cultural leadership abilities and cultural empathy.
  • Expertise in risk management, incident response, and digital resilience, including AI and cybersecurity.
  • Certifications such as ISO 22301, CBCI, CISM are preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
