As a Business Development Representative, you will play a
pivotal role in driving new business through various outbound
campaigns, building relationships with prospective customers, and
identifying sales opportunities. You’ll help businesses improve
collaboration, move faster, and innovate by proposing the right
digital solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
Project 1: Lead Generation &
Qualification
- Proactively
prospect small and medium-sized businesses via outbound calls and
emails. - Develop and execute territory action
plans, identifying target companies and prospects. - Engage in high-level conversations with senior
decision-makers to understand their needs and qualify them as
potential customers. - Schedule meetings to pass
on to other sales teams, aiming to meet or exceed monthly
quotas. - Research and expand existing and new
accounts, handling objections effectively to qualify
opportunities.
Project 2:
Product Sales & Upselling
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to engage with
decision-makers, assess their needs, and close sales. - Explain the benefits of the client’s products and
solutions, focusing on how they meet customer needs across
different industries and company sizes. - Lead
outbound prospecting campaigns, from initial outreach to deal
closure. - Manage and grow relationships with
existing customers, pitching additional products or expanding their
use of current services. - Troubleshoot minor
technical issues or redirect them to the appropriate
team.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch with strong English language
skills. - Experience in outbound sales, B2B
sales, or business development, ideally in the IT
sector. - Familiarity with cloud computing
concepts is considered a plus, especially Cloud Platform
solutions - Confident and engaging phone manner,
with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
and prioritize multiple tasks. - Goal-driven,
self-motivated, and proactive in achieving personal and team
objectives.
