Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the sales process. Your responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, building a sales pipeline, evaluating merchant needs, ensuring they fit DP World’s services, submitting quotes, and closing deals. You will be the primary contact for potential customers and a key relationship builder. You will leverage industry events, social media, email campaigns, digital marketing, and phone calls to educate potential clients about DP World’s services.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
- Driving new business by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Converting sales qualified leads into opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
- Overseeing sales activities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Assessing client needs and determining fit with our business model.
- Recommending process adjustments to clients when necessary.
- Scheduling demos and onboarding potential customers.
- Achieving activity targets and accurately tracking interactions in CRM.
- Identifying operational improvements and recommending them to leadership.
- Developing relationships with key accounts.
- Reporting on goal progress.
- Exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of company products and industry developments.
- Presenting an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Leading and managing an engaged team, promoting collaboration, and aligning goals.
- Representing DP World positively, promoting safety, and adhering to the company’s principles and ethics policies.
