Country Lead – Netherlands (Air & Ocean Freight)&##Global Freight Forwarding & Logistics We’re partnered with a privately held global forwarder looking for a strong all-rounder to lead their Netherlands operations, covering both Rotterdam (Sea Freight) and Amsterdam Schiphol (Air Freight). Officially titled Branch Manager – Rotterdam, this role carries national responsibility — overseeing two of Europe’s most important gateways, managing performance across air and ocean, and developing the local business commercially and operationally. Lead and develop teams across Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Manage daily operations and financial performance (P&L responsibility). Drive growth through both existing and new business opportunities. Represent the Netherlands business to European leadership. Strong people leader with a commercial and operational mindset. Confident managing customer relationships and developing business. Fluent English and Dutch communication skills preferred. Ideal next step for a Branch or Gateway Manager ready to take on a national remit. Supportive European management with strong long-term plans for the Netherlands.
