Do you love cycling, working outdoors and making customers smile with a smooth delivery? At DHL Express in Rotterdam, you’ll work in a fast-paced and energetic setting right in the city centre, surrounded by colleagues who enjoy staying active just as much as you do.
What you will do

• Prepare your route: Start your shift at the depot, check your packages and plan an efficient route through Rotterdam.
• Deliver packages & connect with customers: Hand over packages personally, answer short questions and ensure a positive delivery experience with your friendly attitude.
• Cycle safely and sustainably: Follow traffic rules, stay alert and contribute to a cleaner, safer city by delivering by bike.
• Handle packages with care: Lift and move packages responsibly, double-check addresses and prevent damage or loss.
• Work together with the team: Stay in touch with colleagues at the depot, report any issues and help improve the delivery process every day.

Wat we je bieden

At DHL Express, we give you a solid and attractive foundation for your job as a bike courier:

• Hourly salary between €15.96 and €20.75, based on experience
• Weekly or monthly pay, your choice
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, working between 10:00 and 18:00
• Pension build-up from day one
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
• 8% holiday allowance and 10% holiday hours per worked hour
• A flex budget of 6.24% per worked hour, paid out whenever you choose

• You enjoy working outdoors and staying physically active
• You’re customer-oriented and friendly
• You understand traffic rules and work safely
• You’re physically fit and able to lift packages
• You’re available at least three days per week (Monday to Friday)
• You have basic Dutch and/or English language skills
• You’re interested in logistics, route planning and urban cycling
