From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a Premium Sleep Brand, for their store in Rotterdam.
Key responsabilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Guide customers toward the best products for an exceptional sleep experience
- Foster a positive team environment through motivating activities and coaching
- Coordinate schedules, stock levels, and administrative responsibilities
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a seamless in-store experience
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in retail management or a senior sales associate role
- Energetic, intelligent, and results-driven professional
- Strong sales expertise with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable improvements
- Proactive approach with a continuous focus on optimizing store operations
- Honest, transparent, and reliable team player
- Proficiency in English. Dutch is a plus.
