Introduction
Innovation Management is one of three critical business areas covered by the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) and is focused on developing strategies, structures, and processes to generate, select, and implement innovations.
The Innovation Management group at RSM invites outstanding candidates to apply for a faculty position as assistant professor in innovation management. The appointment is expected to start in early 2025 or at the earliest convenience.
Job requirements
We value continuous learning and knowledge development. Candidates should possess:
- A completed or near-completion PhD in management, organization, strategy, organizational behavior, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on creativity and/or innovation, from a leading business school.
- Exceptional teaching skills that inspire enthusiasm.
- Potential for research excellence, demonstrated by publications or submissions to top journals.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Employment conditions and benefits

The employment terms align with the Dutch Universities collective labor agreement (CAO NU). Salary ranges up to €5,929 gross per month for a full-time 38-hour contract, depending on experience.
