Assistant General Manager – Premium Fitness & Wellness Club, Capelle
Location: Capelle, Netherlands
Salary: €45,000 – €48,000 per year (€3750 – €4000 per month)

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a consistently excellent member experience, and building a high-performance team culture. This is a hands-on, visible role with a strong presence on the floor — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring structure and accountability to a busy team.
You’ll also be supported in your longer-term development, with a clear path to a future General Manager position.
What You’ll Be Doing

Coaching and managing a team of 10+ reception staff and 6–7 duty managers

Establishing operational consistency through rotas, reporting, and communication

Overseeing club presentation, member engagement, and service delivery

Collaborating with department heads and supporting the General Manager in all areas

Improving member satisfaction (target: 85%+) through structure and team performance

Acting as Duty Manager for 2–4 shifts per week, including one weekend day

About You

Operational management experience in fitness, hospitality, leisure, or service environments

Strong people management and communication skills

Comfortable working on the floor and leading from the front
