Asset Manager
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring maximum technical availability of all assets
- Establishing and maintaining Safety & Integrity standards
- Managing and controlling budgets
- Driving the maintenance strategy and associated projects
- Coaching and guiding your direct reports
- Developing a broad and diverse team
- Being responsible for audits
- Managing contracts and supplier performance
Job requirements:
- Preferably experience and expertise in the maritime industry
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management, technical integrity, and budget control
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
